All lodging rates are per person, per night. Episcopalians enjoy a slight reduction of their rates. Meeting Space Day Rental: $300

This is only for non-lodging guests. Meeting spaces are no extra charge for guests lodging with us.

Meal Policy:

At least 12 hours before your arrival, the final number of those eating must be given to Lee Auman, Guest Services Coordinator, or Jeremy Peltz, Head Chef & Food Services Manager. This is the minimum number for which you will be charged.

Deposit Policy:

Deposits are not required of Diocesan groups; however, groups will be billed for a deposit if a cancellation occurs within 60 days of the scheduled stay. We appreciate your commitment to your reservation at camp. If you will not be able to honor your reservation, we may ask you to make your space available for another group that is eager to come.

If you would like to hold a large conference at Camp McDowell and need to discuss competitive pricing, please contact Whitney Moore, Assistant Director, at whitney@campmcdowell.com.

REMINDER: Those staying in any of our cabins - Scott House, Lower Camp, or Bethany cabins - will need to provide their own linens. For Scott House, if you would like linens furnished, the charge is $5.00 per person.
