 For children age 6 and under:

Special For Parish Retreats – Free Lodging for children age 6-10, when they are the third or fourth person in a room in Miller Commons or Stough Lodge

MEAL POLICY: A final number of those eating must be given to the camp staff at least 12 hours before a meal. This is the minimum number for which you will be charged.

DEPOSIT POLICY: Deposits are not required of Diocesan groups; however, groups will be billed for a deposit if a cancellation occurs within 60 days of the scheduled stay.  All groups are required to make a $5.00 per bed deposit up to a maximum of $150.00.  The deposit must be paid within 30 days of the date the reservation was made or the reservation may be cancelled.  The deposit is not refundable if a cancellation occurs within 60 days of the scheduled stay.

REMINDER: Those staying in Camp Cabins and the Scott House will need to provide their own lines.
